Our 789 pricing program is 78% first month's rent for tenant marketing, screening, and placement. 9% monthly. Fees below the Tampa average for full service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Call or email us. We have a get it done today attitude. We will help you today!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20+ years of real estate experience. Real estate broker, agency owner, investment specialist, and marketing degree with strong relationships and ties to the Tampa Bay area. We employ career brokers and property managers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The Managing Director, Aubrey Reed, started as a marketing specialist for a national real estate appraisal firm. Through his networking, he found a passion for real estate investment properties and helping investors. StreetSmart Realty found a strong need for property management done correctly in Tampa Bay. Now, we are here to serve.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly real estate investors and owners of single family homes and duplexes. However, we have the ability know how to serve larger investment portfolios.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have investors that come to us with a portfolio of properties someone sold them. We help analyse the investment. Sell the week ones and facilitate the purchase highly performing properties. We then manage those for our customer. It is an on-going process, never ending, but that is what we do. We are an end to end real estate services shop. There aren't that many of us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Did they answer the phone? Can they get it done today? Hey, we love Florida. We chose to live here and raise families, but you need to find a company that has a "today" attitude.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Simple, does my property manager have my bottom line and my investment as a driving mission statement for their company?
